AIxSafe does not create, mint, or issue any stablecoin or digital asset. All stablecoin issuance is performed by licensed third party providers who operate under their own regulatory frameworks and obligations. AIxSafe has no role in the creation or supply of any digital currency used in the settlement process.
At no point does AIxSafe hold, store, or have direct control over customer funds, fiat currency, stablecoins, or any other digital assets. All funds are held in accounts or wallets managed by licensed custodians and financial institutions. AIxSafe does not operate wallets on behalf of users.
The core settlement process, including fiat-to-stablecoin conversion, on-chain transfer, and off-ramp to fiat currency, is executed by licensed and regulated third party providers. These providers are responsible for maintaining their own regulatory compliance, including anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. AIxSafe selects and integrates with providers that hold appropriate licences in their operating jurisdictions.
AIxSafe operates as a technology platform that orchestrates the settlement workflow, provides real time reporting and status tracking, and delivers a customer facing interface for managing invoices and settlements. AIxSafe's role is limited to coordinating between parties and presenting information. It does not execute financial transactions directly, provide financial advice, or act as a financial services provider.
The digital asset and stablecoin landscape is subject to evolving regulation across jurisdictions. AIxSafe monitors regulatory developments in Australia and relevant international markets to ensure its platform and provider partnerships remain aligned with applicable requirements.
